It’s time for us to celebrate once again the accomplishments of our favorite culinary trailblazer, Julia Child. The famous host of PBS’s The French Chef is the inspiration for a weekend-long tribute to her contributions to American cuisine. We’ll begin Friday evening with an informal tasting of French wines and French cheeses. On Saturday you’ll be free to explore the beauty of Cape Cod in October so you can work up an appetite for dinner that evening. Your three-course meal will feature dishes based on Julia Child’s recipes, all prepared by Chef Katherine. Wines are included with the meal, as well. This is your chance to enjoy a weekend with other admirers of the great Julia Child and to sample some of the classic dishes for which she’s so well-known.
