The Dr. Samuel Beale Room is located on the ground floor of the Main House and features a queen size bed, a sitting alcove with comfortable wing chairs and an original fireplace. It includes a private bathroom with shower.

- a large living room with fireplace
- a dining room with fireplace, library and computer access
- deck overlooking gardens complete with goldfish pond
- Adirondack chairs and porch rockers placed around the well-manicured yard
- Computer and printer for guest use
- Self serve coffee and tea
- Complimentary sherry or port
- Guest refrigerator stocked with soda and water
