If you are using any of the online map services such as MapQuest or MapBlast, you will have difficulty finding us as they show us on Route 130.  We are located at the intersection of Main Street and School Street, one block East of the Dan'l Webster Inn.  Please call for directions if you have any questions.

From Boston, MA:
Follow I-93 to Route 3 South toward Cape Cod and cross Sagamore Bridge. Once over the Sagamore Bridge, proceed on Route 6 to exit 2, Route 130.  At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Water Street (Route 130) heading north towards Sandwich village, about one mile.  Approximately 100 yards past the school, you'll see the sign for the Hoxie House.  Immediately turn right onto School Street.  At the end of the block, School Street intersects with Main Street.  Directly across Main Street is the driveway to the Inn.  Enter the driveway and park on the left.

From Western Massachusetts
Follow I-90 East, then South on I-495 which becomes MA-25 East.  Cross the Bourne Bridge at the ind of MA-25 and go three-quarters of the way around it.  Follow the road along the Canal toward Sandwich.  After five miles, pass under the Sagamore Bridge.  As you enter Sandwich, continue to the third stop light.  Turn right onto Jarves Street.  At the end of Jarves turn left at Main Street.  The Inn is the 4th house on the left.  Enter the driveway and park on the left.

From NY
Follow I-95 North toward Providence, Rhode Island , then Exit 20 to I-195 East toward East Providence/Cape Cod.  Merge onto MA-25 East via exit 22A toward Cape Cod/The Islands.  Cross the Bourne Bridge at the ind of MA-25 and go three-quarters of the way around it.  Follow the road along the Canal toward Sandwich.  After five miles, pass under the Sagamore Bridge.  As you enter Sandwich, continue to the third stop light.  Turn right onto Jarves Street.  At the end of Jarves turn left at Main Street.  The Inn is the 4th house on the left.  Enter the driveway and park on the left.
